• Your Sweatshirt Size (size up if in-between sizes)
• Attending family member’s sweatshirt size (adult and youth sizes available)
• Will you be camping? (Include nights you will be camping and if you will be tent or camper/rv camping)
• To ensure we have enough food. Please let us know if you will be a part of Friday’s potluck and or the catered BBQ on Saturday.
