- Promotion Overview
Wolfe Plumbing is committed to supporting Make-A-Wish by donating the lesser of $500 or 10% of any full-price plumbing service completed within the promotional period. Donations will be made in the customer’s name upon service completion and approval.
- Promotion Period
- Start Date: March 15, 2025
- End Date: September 15, 2025
- Eligibility
To qualify for this promotion, customers must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a registered attendee of the Make-A-Wish Auction held on March 15, 2025.
- The service appointment must be booked under the attendee’s name, which must match the auction bid card list.
- The service must be full-price and performed within the promotional period.
- Only residential and light commercial plumbing services qualify (excludes large-scale commercial projects and new construction installations).
- Service Completion & Donation Process
- A service is considered “completed” when all work has been performed and approved by the customer through written or digital confirmation.
- The donation will be processed only after full payment is received and no later than 30 days from the date of service completion.
- Any disputes regarding service quality or billing must be resolved before a donation is made.
- Exclusions & Limitations
- This promotion cannot be combined with any discounts, coupons, or other promotional offers.
- Services must be fully paid before the donation is processed.
- Donations are based on the final invoiced amount before taxes and fees.
- Does not apply to services scheduled before March 15, 2025, or completed after September 15, 2025.
- Donations will not be made for services that are canceled, refunded, or unpaid.
- Additional Terms
- Wolfe Plumbing reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without notice.
- Wolfe Plumbing is not responsible for any tax implications of this promotion. Customers should consult with a tax advisor regarding their own eligibility for deductions.
- The donation is made directly from Wolfe Plumbing to Make-A-Wish and is not tax-deductible for the customer.
- This promotion is valid only within Wolfe Plumbing’s normal service area.
